Aarthi Ananthanarayanan serves as a project manager for CSP.

Aarthi brings strong technical skills along with creative research and analytical skills to the CSP team. She manages event organization, program development and training, and materials management analysis for a variety of government and private sector clients.

Prior to joining CSP, Aarthi worked in marketing and operations at a startup in San Francisco that provided an online platform and metrics for philanthropic and political giving. Before that, she worked as a mapping and database intern in New Haven's City Planning and Traffic and Parking departments. During her time at the City of New Haven, she developed a map of economic development in the city and created new data layers for the city's switch to a GIS-based project management system.

Aarthi has a bachelor's degree in international relations (summa cum laude) from Tufts University with a focus on environmental studies and South Asia. She is a LEED accredited professional.
