Over the past five years Chemico has dedicated itself to developing the systems, technical expertise and infrastructure to implement chemical management in a wide variety of applications including manufacturing and non-manufacturing facilities and technical and research centers. Chemico now provides a complete range of chemical management services from sourcing and procurement through environmental support and waste management. Chemico Systems recently formed a Distribution Services Division which brings a new dimension to CMS. The new division enables inclusion of a variety of other consumable commodities to be managed in conjunction with the chemical management program through the use of a customer specific web based catalog. The catalog also enables the implementation of limited CMS to smaller facilities without the added cost of dedicated on-site personnel. Chemico Systems also markets these Distribution Services as a Tier II supplier to other chemical managers to allow them to concentrate on their respective areas of expertise and meet minority content objectives.
