provides step-by-step instructions on how to evaluate and design a comprehensive
CMS program. The Manual also includes the Chemical Management Cost Analysis
Tool, an in-depth excel spreadsheet that allows you to calculate what

CSP has developed the manual, Improving Chemical and Waste Management: A Guide for K-12 School Districts, to provide step-by-step instructions to help school districts consider and implement a Chemical and Waste Management Services (CWMS) program.
Please note that this is a draft version of the manual. We are currently soliciting feedback and welcome any comments you may have regarding this manual. We will consider all comments in developing the final manual in 2008.
