CMS Training Program description:
This unique training program is an opportunity to quickly develop a working understanding of the Chemical Management Services model, interact with practitioners, and gain insights into program design and implementation. Each module consists of two presentations as well as a short assignment to reinforce concepts. Each module finishes with an interactive discussion with industry practitioners. The three modules are designed to fit together as a training series but are also available as stand-alone sessions. CMS 101 is offered free of charge and is the only prerequisite for all modules.

Instruction is led by the Chemical Strategies Partnership management team, with several presentations from CMS practitioners and industry experts. The program also has a focus on developing the leadership, organizational and communication skills of CMS professionals. This program is eligible for up to 8.5 CMPs from IHMM.

Who should attend: Those interested in developing a chemical management program, purchasing managers, CMS business development professionals, and those interested in expanding their understanding of the CMS implementation process.
